Abalone Technique

The Abalone technique appeared in the October/November, 2010 TJ Newsletter. It gives your image a gorgeous shimmer using Pearl Ex! On this card I used Stampin' Up Sense of Time images with blue, lavendar & gold Pearl Ex on Basic Black cardstock with an Eggplant Envy and Not Quite Navy cardstock mat. The greeting is from the same set, Sense of Time, matted with the Scallop Circle Punch accented with a strip of matching punched Dotted Scallop Ribbon.
