Happy New Year from Hetty

Here is my last post for this year and I have a fun project for your to start the New Year.
A card you can send your friends and they will enjoy it for a year! isn't that fun?

It is a standing card with a calendar on top. A card you can put on your desk.
The template for this card you can find here:
and the template for the year is here:
Save this template to your computer and you can print it as many times as you want.
I do have a tip: print it in mirror image on the paper you want to use
and cut it from the back, this way you do not see any tines at the front.

Fot the mini calendar I used a free program at Red Castle
or go to my blog where you can download it.

On the front panel of the card you see used the Brick Wall technique from the latest TJ newsletter Dec/Jan 2010-2011. As I do not have the punch I just cut strips of paper and cut them at the desired lenght of the stones. Now you see a cup coming out of the side of the card. Well, that is another fun technique.

This is an online bonus technique called Hidden Surprise. The text is printed with the computer and the cups are a digital stamp by FireCracker Design by Pamela colored with copic markers.
At the moment Pamela's shop is closed after selling off all her rubber stamps, but in the New Year she will be back with the digitals stamps. Don't forget to check her freebies on Friday. She now has the cutest snowman for grabs.

Have a creative day
and I hope 2011 will be a very creative year!
