Hello everyone, Donna here!
It's my turn to post today, and I've got an ATC to share with you. I used the Brick Wall tutorial from the December 2010 newsletter. I did mine a little differently, though. I used hexagons instead of rectangles and I used scraps of neutral colored papers instead of reds making mine look like a patio rather than a wall. It's an entirely different look, but the technique is exactly the same. I'm not sure about the stamps credit on this one because I ditched the packaging, but it's a clear stamp and I believe it's from Stampendous.
To my fellow U.S. junkies, have a fun and safe Memorial Day holiday! To everyone else, have a great weekend!

It's Thursday and time for the Technique Junkie Newsletter Try That Technique challenge. This week Diana Enns and I are challenging each other to use the Cuttlequilt technique, found on the new Emboss or Die CD. There are 79 pdf files in this CD with 79 tutorials. How cool is that.
This will be the last week that Diana Enns and I will be doing this challenge as we are taking a summer break. In the meantime, Nancy Dawson and Jane Bosi will be taking this over.
Sparkle is from Creative Inspirations Paint.
My card uses several stamps. The main image is from Susana's Custom Art and Card Design. The yellow background uses Clear Rubberstamps, and the orange background uses smARTworks. You know how I love bright, happy, colours.
Have a terrific day.

Hello Saturday! Kathie McGuire here with another little altered box.
On this project, I used a TJ technicue from the 6/06 newsletter, "Watercolor Roll". You'll see it on the orange leaf on the left side. It added just enough color to the leaf to give it some depth, but not enough to overpower it.
I hope you've enjoyed seeing my altered box and thanks for stopping by today!!
