Watered Crayons Technique

Hi everyone, Tricia here with a card that I made using the current newsletters "Watered Crayon" technique.

I just love how quick and easy it was to create a background for this cute image from Mo's Digital Pencil.  I colored her with copics and then using the Out of the Nestie Box technique attached her to the front of the card.

The papers are from Gina K Designs.  I used watercolor paper from Paper Temptress.  The watercolor crayons and the background stamp are from Stampin Up!

I hope you enjoy her as much as I enjoyed creating her.  Have a crafty day!

Distress Stain Watercolouring Technique of the Week

Hello, Beth Norman here with this week's Technique of the Week, Distress Stain Watercoloring.  As you can see from my Penny Black Image, you can create shadows and highlights.  I love to paint and found it to be so relaxing.  I hope our Design Team has inspired you to try this technique out.  As Jane pointed out yesterday, it is from our newest issue.
