Good morning friends. Beth Norman here. How is your week so far? So far my week is going quick. Friday, here I come--LOL. By now you may recognize that I love to use bright colours on my cards. This Inked Resist cards is one of my favourites. In fact, I made 10 of these babies and gave them away as a gift set. My main image is one of the first stamps I ever bought and is from Stampington and Co My sentiment is SU, as the majority I have on hand. Thank you for stopping by. Don't forget to peak back at what our Design Team has done for you.

Inked Resist
Inked Resist
Hello fellow TJ'rs. Beth Norman here. Are you having a good week so far? Have you tried the Inked Resist from the December issue yet? I had a lot of fun creating this card by splitting my inked resist into two parts. If you like sponging, as much as I do, you'll love this easy technique. Thanks for stopping by.

Glitter Coloring
It's a shame you can't see the glittery shine on this card. It's amazing. This technique is from the Shimmer Glimmer Sparkle and Shine CD. It takes some time and patience but I found this to be very relaxing.
This card uses the same technique from the CD. It is so very effective and who doesn't like a bit of glitter on the face and in their hair?
Try it and have fun!!!
See you back in 2 weeks!

Watercolored Stains by Judy Jackson
I love this technique from the current newsletter! It makes for easy and wonderful backgrounds! The background stamp is from Stampin' Up! The verse is from Impression Obsession -- an advertiser on the TJ newsletter. They have discount code in the newsletter! How great is that? The woman stamp is a retired stamp from PSX. I would love to own these stamps. I was able to get images from a friend.
Enjoy your day!

Ann here with some distress
Distress Stain Dipping that is!!
This is a card that I created for an upcoming class I'm teaching at Tigard Main Street Stamp and Stationery in Oregon. The class attendees will be learning 6 different techniques to use with distress inks, refills, and stains. The image from Stampendous uses the distress ink watercoloring technique as well. Fun being able to coordinate your background papers with your image!
Give these techniques a try. They are both easy and fun!

Holly Brown: Zig Zag Accordion Card - Be Mine
Hi Junkies! It's Holly posting today and I'm sharing this fun accordion card with y'all. This is the Zig Zag Accordion card technique from the Fancy Folds and Motion Paper Crafts CD. It's such a fun 3D card to create. I used papers and dies and bakers twine from Classy Cards 'n Such (a TJ vendor) to make this a fun Valentine's card. Won't it be fun to see the recipient's surprise when this pops out of the envelope??

Scribble Borders
Good morning. Beth Norman here. Do you like Scribble Borders as much as I do? It is probably the quickest technique we have, and one that adds a big punch to your black & white image. Speaking of image, don't you just love my Raggedy Ann? This darling is from Impression Obsession, and they have several styles of Raggedy Ann's to choose from. My sentiment is from SU. Have a terrific day!
