Have a Boo-tiful Weekend!

Hey there everyone! Janelle here today with a Halloween card that's chock full of Boo buddies! The featured stamp is called Boo Convention and has so many possibilities! See different ideas with this stamp by clicking the link above and browsing through the gallery.

There isn't much to do to make this stamp really pop off the card, I used gray water-based makers to add shadows on all the ghosties and then masked a circular window towards the bottom of the card and sprayed Smoldering Ash Shimmering Bliss Spray. That gave me a glittery base to add a die cut lettering for the sentiment! Use whatever stamp, stencil or word die you have, and it will still look really ghoul!

Thanks for stopping by today! Have a great weekend and we'll see you soon for the new October release, plus a blog hop!!!!

TJ Inkspirations: Shimmering Toppers

Today I am happy to show you the wonders of the Technique Junkies Shimmering Bliss "Toppers."  We have 5 toppers currently in the Shimmering Bliss line that add that special touch of shimmer with different sparkles.

In today's video, I use the different Bliss sprays on some old - and new - cards to show you what each looks like.  In addition, I show how to make the card below using the Pile of Skulls background stamp and some Copic Markers before I top it off with Silver Shimmering Bliss.

Of course, I couldn't show you the Bliss Topperswithout offering you a discount!  You can pick up all 5 Shimmering Bliss Toppers for $21.20 - which is 15% off the price if purchased individually (normally $24.95).

Autumn Blessing

Hello friends!! Giovana here today with an Autumn card for you!
I really love the new stamps by JanTink, her drawing is amazing and beautiful!
This card is actually pretty simple.

I stamped the beautiful Autumn Blessings stamp on a piece of watercolor paper in Black Ink.
Then colored the image with watercolor pencils and die-cut the piece.
After that, I sprayed a acrylic block with Harvest Sunset Shimmering Bliss and using a water brush I added shimmer to the leaves and tree.
Added the panel to a piece of white cardstock using foam tape and then adhered it to a Kraft card base.

You can get these products with a 10% discount using my code TJ10Giovana

Hope you like my project.
Have a wonderful day!

Books & Roses

Have you joined the Technique Junkies Facebook Group and A Colorful Life Designs Facebook Fan Group?  Both are awesome ways to share your creations and find inspiration.

Technique Junkies has a large selection of Stencils from A Colorful Life Designs including one of my favorites ... Scribble Roses.  Remember, you can use my Discount Code TJ10Stephanie for 10% off anything in the store.

For today's card, I started by covering a piece of white cardstock with Weathered Wood Distress Ink using my new mystery tool ... a Make-up Brush.

Next, I used the same Make-up Brush with Seedless Preserves Distress Ink and the Scribble Roses Stencil from A Colorful Life Designs (remember, you can always click on the images to see them larger).  I love the clean lines I got using my brush to apply the ink.

I cut my stenciled square into two pieces, so I could cover a 5" x 7" card base.

I used a vintage library card (I love how the last person to check it out had a little smiley face) and a sentiment from Technique Junkies Bookworm Set of 6.

I hope you'll join the Groups and share your creations with us.

Rainy Day Friends

Hello.  It's Beth Norman-Roberts here with a fun card for you using Rainy Day Friends.  You can get this stamp, and any other product by using TJ10Beth.

I paper pieced the umbrella and coloured my image with Prismacolor colored pencils.  Next, I painted Twinkling H20's to add some shading.

I hope you are enjoying a sunny week.  Temperatures here in southern Ontario, Canada, are getting cooler.  I love the fall.  Bringing out sweaters is so cozy.

Have a super week.

First, Coffee

Hello Everyone!
Today's card uses one of those images that puts a smile on your face, every time you see it!
I could not resist this humorous feline with his cup of joe.  This stamp, First Coffee, is one of the September releases.  Gotta love the eyes!  You can pick him up at the Technique Junkies store for 10% off with code TJ10LeeAnn.
I would also like to take this time to thank Pat and the whole TJ team for their kindness and welcoming me to the team 9 months ago.  As we all know, life happens, and with alot going on in life, it is time for me to say good bye.  This is my last post to the TJ blog.  Going out with a bang with this hilarious image!

The cat is simply stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Copics.  I then fussy cut him out.  My background is this fun dotty die cut panel on a wonderful teal blue card base.
I masked the cat off and stamped the sentiment onto vellum and heat embossed with black embossing powder.  I framed the sentiment and image with a stitched circle die cut.
That's it!

Pretty easy!  Thanks for stopping by and I hope I have inspired you to get out your craft supplies!

Thanks for visiting today and thank you for all of your encouragement over the last 9 months.  Hope to see you over on my blog, greytpapercrafts.blogspot.com.

Happy stamping!

Lee Ann
