“Day 15 of the Technique Junkies 30 Days of Christmas”

Hello friends!
Giovana here today on Day 15 of Technique Junkies 30 Days of Christmas!! 

For this project I used Feliz Naughty Dog and Poinsettias.

Details:
Stamp Poinsettias in Aladine Rosée Ink on front of white card base.
Stamp dog on white cardstock in Black Ink. Color image with markers, then fussy cut it
Stamp hat and scarf in Green Ink, fussy cut them. Add little thread to scarf.
Stamp sentiment in Aladine Licorice Ink.
Add dog to card with foam tape.
Embellish card with gold Nuvo drops.

Day 14 of the Technique Junkies 30 Days of Christmas

The first time I created with the Holiday Doodles Stamp, I spent a few days filling it in with relaxing marker coloring.

Today I'm going to share other ways to use this fabulous Holiday Doodles Background Stamp which are much quicker, but still capture all of the glorious details.  Remember, all Christmas stamps are 20% off (and you can use my discount code TJ10Stephanie for another 10% off your order).

For the first card, I used my MISTI to stamp the background in Black Ink and then clear embossed.

Next I sprayed the background with two colors of Shimmering Bliss - Vivid Volt and Miami Vice (don't tell the other colors, but these two are my favorite).  You can see the gorgeous glittery shimmer in the photo.

I added a wrap of seam binding and stamped the sentiment from Victorian Greetings (set of 6) on a scrap of the sprayed paper.  I love how you can see the variation of color between the two sprays.

Next, I inked the stamp using Staz-On Black Ink and my MISTI and stamped it on one of my Acrylic Paint Gel Press Prints.  I clear embossed to really make the pattern pop.

I added some black nail heads and some Love from Lizi Peel-Off Stickers to frame the image (I trimmed it leaving a border of sprayed edge remaining around the stamping).   The sentiment is another from Victorian Greetings.

The third one I stamped the Holiday Doodles on another Gel Press print this time made with shades of vibrant greens (you can click on the photos to see them larger with more details).

This one I framed with Gold Peel-off and matted on a piece of bright green glitter paper for a bit more sparkle.  Love how the variation in the paint colors shows through the gorgeous stamp.

I hope I've given you some ideas on how to use this fabulous Holiday Doodles Stamp.  I had lots of fun making them.

1. Make a card from kraft cardstock.

2.Make a background with thinned (with water) white& pink acylic paint.

3. Using the MISTI, stamp the Poinsettias from Poinsettia (Set of 4) with IZINK ink - Framboise (Raspberry)

4. Using the MISTI, stamp the phrase from (also from Poinsettia (Set of 4) in black.

 5. Add white Nuvo drops near the phrase and accent flower centers with a white gel pen.

Day 11 of the Technique Junkies 30 Days of Christmas

Welcome to Techniques Junkies 30 days of Christmas.  Today is day 11.  

Lynda Joy here with a fun card using an adorable stamp set from the November release.

Let's Chill Set of 7


I used the stamp set Let's Chill Set of 7 to create my winter scene with the adorable penguins.


I stamped the images onto bristol card stock, and colored them with real brush markers.  I fussy-cut the penguins, and added them to a background I had created.   I sponged a blue sky onto a white A2 card, then die cut some glitter card stock 'snow piles,' and added them to the card front.

I attached the penguins, and added some die cut snowflakes, and the 'Winter is warmer together' verse.  Some white acrylic paint spots for snowflakes finish the front.

Inside:  I stamped the 'Let's Chill' verse, added it to a scrap piece of pp, and attached it to the inside.  I added one of the fussy cut penguins.

Easy and fun card!

To create my card I started with a white top folding card base and a white panel. I stamped the snowman with fadeout ink and colored him using the no line coloring technique.  After I got him all colored I masked him off and created the background using distress inks. I added the greeting from the Victorian Greeting set.
