We use Catherine Pooler Inks for this blended beauty, along with a delicate die cut and custom colored paper for an easy, stunning card.  Hello Friends!

I'm up on the Technique Junkies blog to share a fun card, using some great stamps from Technique Junkies.

For this card, I used Inside Out: 12 Cookies Set of 10, and SD1044 Bah Humbug.

The stamping was done, and the image was colored with Copic markers. A bit of Glossy Accents was used on nose, toes, and eyes.  The Shining Star stencil was then used to accent the background. I used another stamp from the sentiment set listed above to give the envelope a bit of 'happy'!

Technique Junkies Inventory Reduction Sale

 

Happy Wednesday! Pam here and I took a break from Christmas and decided to create with one of the stamps in our inventory reduction sale. This stamp is called Key Script and it is perfect for the collage person! I used the color challenge from splitcoaststampers.com CC873 from Tuesday which was mint macaron, blushing bride and crumb cake. I stamped it on watercolor paper using my Misti. Next, I used my markers in these colors for the mint and blushing bride and then swiped the crumb cake pad around the edges and then spritzed water on entire paper and dried with heat tool. My sentiment is from Lighthouse Sentiments (not in sale). To finish it off I added some burlap and a gold dragonfly. I used several Technique Junkies stamps and stencils to create this card.  The stamps are Santa in Moonlight and Merry Christmas to all.   I used the lovely Skyline Edger stencil at the bottom. You can see how Pat Huntoon used these stencils here. It is a video tutorial.  I used a stencil on the moon to give it some shadows. I used ink blending brushes to apply ink to the background.    I spritzed the sky with Dazzle Shimmering Bliss Topper.

Now, here are my cards. I used the Snow Flakes Set of Nine stamp set (#SS098): 

I created a video on my YouTube Channel that demonstrates how I created these cards: 

My card panels were created using the embossed resist technique. I ink blended my panels using three different colors of Catherine Pooler Inks: Cummerbund, Serenade and Cove Blue. I then stamped the snowflakes (free hand) using Versamark Ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder. I then used domed foam blending tools to ink blend the backgrounds using the three Catherine Pooler inks I mentioned above.  Just as there are no two snowflakes that are exactly the same, there are no two ink blended backgrounds that are exactly the same. I finished the cards using a stitched rectangle die, foam dimensional and gems.  I hope you enjoyed the cards that I made. Thank you for visiting.
