At the River #techniquejunkies

 Hello! To create my card,  I stamped the image with Catherine Pooler Midnight ink. I then colored the image using Zig Kuretake Clean Color Real Brush Markers. I trimmed the image using scissors. I cut a piece of turquoise cardstock to 4" x 5.25" and stamped the sentiment using Versafine Clair Nocturne Ink. I heat embossed the sentiment using clear embossing powder. I embossed the cardstock using an waves embossing folder from my stash. I adhered the image using foam tape and then added a few clear gems. I adhered the panel to a navy blue card base size 4.25" x 5.5"

  Hi!

If you follow my blog at all, you know I love summer.  I love everything about it, but my absolute favorite thing is listen to the waves crash into the beach.  I'm so lucky to live near the water.   

To create this card, I did a little stamp surgery to cut the sentiment away from the starfish/seaweed.  I used the omitting technique to create a multi colored starfish to compliment my sentiment.  I love the pop of orange with the bright blue
