Goodness, where has the time gone?

This morning I am sharing a creation done with Neptune's Mond and Wish Upon a Star. I kept it monochromatic using almost amethyst and a deep purple for Neptune. I also used a compass stencil and a compass embossing folder. A bit of distressed organza, sheer ribbon and it's complete! Find all the crafty goodness here and use my code TJ10Pam at checkout!

Creativity Challenge ~ Winter Weather

Hello TJ Friends!

Today’s card was designed for the “Winter Weather” creativity challenge.

I hope you’ll agree …I kept this one simple. 

I used one rubber stamp - Fir forest and stamped it along the bottom of a light blue card then layered it on a slightly larger piece of black.

To make the snow along the bottom I used a mixed media modeling paste called Cloud whip.

Next I randomly put dots of glue on the trees and sky then sprinkled with a glitter mix called winter storm.

I finished it with the die cut words and mounted this on a blue glitter card base.

I hope this inspires you to take another look at your tree rubber stamps. They are a wonderful addition to your stamp collection because of the versatility they have.

Base 5 1/2 x 5 3/4  Score at 4 1/4 on the 5 3/4 side (Navy Blue)

Inside Card Mat 4 x 5 1/4 (Vanilla)

Base Second Panel 1 1/2 x 5 1/2 (Navy Blue)

Panel Layer 1 1/4 x 5 1/4 (Gold)  (2)

Pattern Paper Layer 1 x 5 (2)

Vanilla Card Stock (for sentiment) - Rectangle Die

Navy Blue Card Stock - Scalloped Edges Die 

Did you notice the paper piecing and embossing done on her shirt. Super cool technique.

Happy Winter ( and Autumn ) Wishes

The price of the Happy Winter Wishes stamp set that I used for my cards is originally $12.95 . It drops to $7.77 with the 40% discount and with my code, you will get the stamp at a price of $6.99 .. I love the versatility of this set - I made an Autumn card and a Winter card with these stamps . 

• I stamped the rabbit image on a piece of white cardstock and also on a piece of Kraft.
• The images were then colored with my COPICS and fussy-cut.
• I also stamped the scarf area of the rabbit stamp onto a piece of Autumn patterned paper and a piece of Winter patterned paper .
• The scarfs were also then fussy-cut.
• I adhered the scarfs to each of the completed rabbits.
• The sentiments were stamped on cardstock and then cut with a square die and a round die.
• I chose 2 coordinating patterns of paper - One set with Autumn colors and the other with Winter/Christmas colors.
• I cut the patterned papers on a diagonal  and adhered the coordinating papers to a mint green card base ( the Winter card ) and a Kraft base ( the Autumn card ) .     
• The rabbits were adhered to the card bases .
• The sentiments were popped up with foam tabs.

Don't you just love when you can change the color scheme on a card and create a whole different look !?!?!? I hope that you like my cards .. I hope you will create some of your own.. Leopard is my favorite color

Hello TJ Friends,

Do you already have the Leopard Set of 6 stamps?  If you do I’d love to see your card creations.

This was my first time to play with this set and WOW did I have fun. The long leopard print stamp really does a good job breaking up a plain background in an interesting and fun way.

I think these 4 card designs are pretty straightforward. I will mention that on the Merry Christmas card I used a long piece of foam that had a round end to add an additional pattern to the background.

Lights of Christmas

 Hello! 

Are you ready for Christmas yet?   In truth, I haven't really started.   I don't really want to think about how all the things I need to do.  I hope you are finding time for relax and enjoy this magical time of year.  If you are looking for a fast card to mass produce for your Christmas cards... I got you covered! 

 I colored the lights in sparkle gel pen. They really shine. I wish the camera could pick it up.  You will just have to trust.  I wanted to add the lights to a tree.  I went about it in an out of the box way.  I used the negative space so I could still use the entire background stamp.   I added a gold star on the top of the tree.  This would be a great card to mass produce for Christmas.  

 I don't know who makes the small Christmas tree die.  It has been in my stash forever.
