Petroglyphic Sculpture 10/09

Hello TJ Friends! Kathie McGuire here on another stamping Saturday. I hope you're all having some TJ fun and are ready to take a look at one of my favorite TJ techniques: Petroglyphic Sculpture.

This technique was introduced in the 10/09 Technique Junkie newsletter. I LOVE this technique because it's fast and easy, yet it looks as though it would be very time consuming to make. It takes longer to get the supplies out of the drawers and cabinets than it does to make it.

This medallion was later backed with a pin back so I could wear it around a local convention. The stamp is from The Rubber Cafe and is just the perfect size for a lapel pin.

Thanks for stopping by today and I hope you'll try Petroglyphic Sculpture if you haven't tried it yet.

Stamp Happy!

So is my Dude -- colored with my Copics -- and he is Mr. Brown himself!
This is the Fred Eccs image on Dude Time Doodles. Dear Mr. Brown is bringing me boxes and boxes of -- stamping and scrapping supplies! Don't we all get excited when he and his lovely brown truck pull up to our door bringing us new supplies we have ordered! What will be in these boxes that are "must haves?"

I used the Faux Stitching technique to add texture to the card!

The word stamp is from Limited Edition Rubber Stamps.

Have a wonderful weekend!
