This beautiful Hanukkah Background stamp worked well for this layered card layout in classic blue and silver. I forget what this technique is called, but you cut out three rectangular panels in three sizes, the largest being 4 x 5.25. Using Washi tape, stack the panels, then stamp the background stamp over the stack. Separate and add a contrasting matte for each of the two smaller panels, then glue all panels together.
