Hello, Lynda Joy here, with a card for today's Technique Junkies post. This is one of my favorite flowers in the TJ line, the Christmas Rose.
Stamps/Stencils:
How I made it:
- On bristol recycled paper, I stamped the Christmas Rose image, using distress ink in light pink and light green, so that I could color it no-line style.
- I used Faber Castell Pitt Pastel pencils to color the image.
- For the background, I used some of the pastels through the Leaf Sprigs Stencil.
- I stamped the Warm Wishes verse from the Seasons Greetings Set, then layered the panel and attached to a pink A2 card front with foam tape for dimension.
Inside
- INSIDE: I created some leaf sprigs with the stencil and pastels, and stamped the verse from the Seasons Greetings Set.
