TJ Inkspirations: Shimmering Ombre Distress Oxide Inks with stamps and stencils

We saw an end to the 30 days of Christmas this week, and although it was inspiring to see all of the beautiful artwork from the talented Technique Junkies Designers, I have to admit I am a little burned out on Christmas cards this week. So today I decided to make a project that encompassed everything EXCEPT Christmas! I decided recently purchased the 12 new Distress Oxide Ink colors (no, we don't sell them - you can find them online at many stores, though). This week I opened those puppies up and played with them! The video below is results of the playtime. I use Technique Junkies Stamps and a stencil from A Colorful Life Designs Stencils with  Art Anthology Fairy Dust in Gilded Gold to create a shimmering ombre look. I love the look, love the stamps I used, and loved the technique. Wait till you see my fingers in the video - you will see the evidence of my work on my inky digits.
