Hey there Junkies!
The Crafty Nurse here with a little inspiration using the new March release stamps at Technique Junkies.
Today I used "Tulips #S662", "Veiled Woman #SSD658" and "Classy & Fabulous #SDX070" to create my card. I started by making two panels with different techniques then combining both. The techniques I used can be found on the "Bodacious Backgrounds CD." The rainbow panels use the "Irresistible Rainbow Technique and the middle panel uses the "Brayer Resist" technique with Kaleidacolor Ink in Desert Heat.
To color "Veiled Women SSD658" I stamped her with Archival Ink on watercolor paper, then colored with the same Distress Inks used in my background which were Blue Print Sketch, Lucky Clover, Ripe Persimmon, Mustard Seed, and Candied Apple. You likely noticed while the colors are vibrant, they are lighter than their normal colors because I used a glossy card stock to achieve a smoother application of ink.
