Hello TJ friends!! Kathie McGuire here today with an oldie from 6/03 called Paper Tole. I love this technique today as much as I loved it 7 years ago!! It's so fast and easy and adds such a great dimension to your cards and other paper craft projects.
This card was fast and easy because I used background paper on the base card. The Paper Tole flower was layered onto a large Prima type flower, giving it much more interest and dimension.
I hope you'll try Paper Tole!
