I had so much fun coloring this stamp and creating my card today.
How fun is this stamp!!! It is called Zendoodle Giraffe.
I also used an older stamp, Stand Tall (verse on front and image inside).

I drew some black dots with my micron pen for the finishing touch.
And for the inside, and my ooooops incident......
Ooooops because, as I was stamping the image, I caught just a little line from the edge of the rubber. I thought about re-stamping and creating a liner to cover it up, but then took out my water brush and scribbled on some wild honey distress ink around the image, hoping I could work out the line. It wasn't budging. So, I went for it and took a small stamp, and touched the edge of it into the ink pad, then tapped it on the image. I repeated across and up and down to create a sort of pattern. Voila! My oooops turned into a background idea that I may even use again! Nothing ventured, nothing gained, right?
So...why did I go on about this? Well, I thought it might give someone else an idea for if this happens to them. And, yes, it happens, even to seasoned stampers. You're welcome!
