Happy Sunday Junkies, Tricia here with your technique of the week - Emboss Resist Sparkle.

Stamps:  Flowers, Sentiment (Gina K Designs), Saturated Canary
Die from Classy Cards & Such

The image is colored with copics.  I colored the flowers with distress inks.  I cut the scalloped circle out with my silhouette cameo.
