Thursday? Already? Try That Technique

{Jane Bosi} Well, as it sometimes happens, Thursday has caught me completely off guard! I AM bringing you this week's Try That Technique Challenge! This week, our technique is: Acetate and Pearl Ex from the October 2004 edition. As the mother of five wee ones, I tend to shy away from any kind of technique that results in a mess---I already have enough of those on my hands! I wouldn't exactly say this is messy.......but, it could be! The results, however, are well worth some stray Pearl Ex on the table! My main image is from I Brake For Stamps.
