Lots of circles by Hetty

Hello Stampers,
I am having so much fun punching out circles for
the -Collaged Cirle- technique from the
June/July 2011 Newsletter.

It makes a beautiful background for all kinds
of cards. Here are two samples of cards I just made.

It is a fun technique to use some of your scraps
from nice scrapbook paper that you otherwise
just have lying around. You can use all sizes and
mix and match them together for your own background.

 Have a creative day!

Popped Blooms by Judy Jackson

Using punches to add embellishments -- sure, but this cute technique uses punches to add the stamped flower image to the stamped stem. Using this technqiue makes for a cute and quick card! Stamp credits -- Stampin' Up!!

I spritzed some glimmer spray to add some visual interest to the card.

Hope your day is going well!

Try That Technique

Good Morning! Nancy Dawson here bringing you this week's Try that Technique! Hidden Slider is featured in the February/March 2005 Technique Junkie Newsletter. It is a little tricky but well worth the extra effort. We would love to see your take on this technique, so please play along.

I used Stampin' Up Images and the new Halloween Designer Paper coming out in the September Mini Catalog!

Now go get INKY!

Ann's Telescope card

Ann Clack here!  I hope all are having a lovely weekend.  I had some friends over last week for a stamp play day.  Since we had not had the time to play with the telescope card yet we all made several.  This is one of mine.  Enjoy!  Stamps - Heartfelt Creations and SU.  I put Diamond glaze in the middle of the flower then poured in some beads to make the center of the flower.  Funny how the Diamond Glaze moves up and over the beads.  This card was a lot easier to make than I originally thought.

Today's Try That: Color Layering

Barb Benson's beautiful Trellis card, from last week's challenge, appears on the home page now! Will you be next?

{Jane Bosi} bringing you this week's Try That Challenge! This week, our challenge is from the June/July 2007 edition of the TJNL--Color Layering!

Every once in a while, I take some time to page through my many TJNL binders--looking for treasures I never took the time to try (or good friends I haven't seen in a while). When I happened upon this technique, I just knew I had to give it a whirl......won't you?

Please remember to tag your posts/emails with "Try That: Color Layering" when submitting to the yahoo group. It makes it so much easier for my wee little brain to find your lovely artwork!

TTFN, Jane
