Guy cards. Not always easy. Am I right? Well, this one IS easy. I promise! And only one layer, so no extra postage. No muss, no fuss. Perfect for your guy!
When ya start with a great stamp, or two, ya end up with a great card. I used Golf Club Patent and Donuts Happy Birthday to pair up for a great guy card. Using an A2 card base, I simply lined up the background stamp in the MISTI and stamped twice with Ink On 3 Fade-Out Ink. I've discovered this ink, which is designed for no-line coloring, works fabulously as a subtle background color. The sentiment was stamped with Memento Ink (Dandelion), then I highlighted the letters with the awesome metallic and glitter pens from the Kaisercraft Gel Pen Set of 48. If you've never tried these gel pens before, you don't know what you're missing. They go on like "buttah"! (I'm a little in love with them!) A little washi tape on the corner of the card finished it off nicely and in a "manly" kind of way. lol
Did you know that Technique Junkies carried all this cool stuff? You should check it out! Stamps, Inks, Stencils, Markers and more! And you can save a cool 10% any day of the week by using the code "TJ10Ro" at checkout. How sweet is that?!
Well, I'm off to whip up a few more of these masculine cards for my stash. Hope you found some inspiration today!
Til next time,
Keepin' it inky!

Haaayyyy
Hello all! Kia here with you today to share this fun card using one of the new images called Hay Girl.
Using my nini Misti on Neenah card stock I stamped the image with Versafine Clair Nocture ink. I then stamped the image with Memento ink on Ranger Distress card stock for the added texture, along with the slight colour difference it makes the cow.

I fussy cut the cow's body and ears out from the distress paper, then added touches of colour with Copic Markers, and also added colour to the greenery on my card base. I then styled the cow and attached it to my card base using foam squares.
To finish today's card I added a few gumdrops in black.
I had great fun making this card today, and I hope you enjoy it as well. Thank you for visiting.

I love the new Graduation Greetings release this month ... perfectly timed for all of your Graduation Card needs. Remember, this is the last day to get these stamps at 15% off (with another 10% off if you stack my discount of TJ10Stephanie with your order).
This set of cards was made for the school colors of Maroon & White. I love how here extended arms look like she is getting ready to fly ... so perfect with this sentiment.

I love the Grad Banner stamp for adding a little bit more color to the white space. I tend to always use ribbon on my graduation cards ... I think because it reminds me of the Tassel.
My MISTI and my Cut-Align made it super-easy to line-up this sentiment with the Mortar Board Hat Stamp and cut my panel borders. I die cut a star background and finished with a wrap of white ribbon.
I love that silhouette image with this big bold sentiment ... a quick and easy design to replicate for mass production with my MISTI.
