Limit is the Sky

 My niece is graduating from college this week, and this card is meant to remind her that she can do anything. The Sky is the Limit!

This card uses the graduation cap from the Graduation set stamped multiple times in green, turquoise, purple and blue in the background, along with the Limit is the Sky stamp as the focal image. The Graduation Greetings, set of 11 is here:

Betty White was the perfect rose...

 

Betty White was blessed with a beautiful way to say the snarkiest things with the sweetest smile! Our Betty White Sentiments stamp set celebrates her as a woman and comedian.

The background of my card uses the Aladine Roses stencil with Catherine Pooler ink. After all, roses smell sweet but still have thorns - kind of like Betty White, right?

Today's video shows you how to use them in a more relaxed way. Adding just a few areas of color are a great way to make these stamps shine. We use ink and shimmer to color, so our version shimmers, too! Our last show in the Auburn/Syracuse area!

Our Farewell Show in Syracuse... We are sad to announce that our last time to exhibit at the Auburn/Syracuse NY show will be next weekend, May 19th and 20th. Please come by to shop and say hello! Although we love coming to the show, recent declines in attendance and sales in our booth have forced our decision - but we couldn't give up the show without one more visit. Our old friend, Betty!

Happy day, friends! Today I am showcasing the Betty White Sentiments set, set of 6. So easy to make a card that is sure to make someone smile!

I used a lavender piece of card stock and embossed it. Added a lovely strip of dp. Stamped the sentiment and Betty on white card stock and colored and sponged and distressed the sentiment a bit. Added some organza ribbon and heated it to distress it....Boom, we'll call it done!

Peacock Butterfly

The new Peacock butterfly.  

So much you can do with it...here is one...can't really

see the sparkle but used my Nuvo aqua shimmer pen on it also.

Stamped the image and coloured it in...masked it and

spattered some ink around it.  Add some shiny threads..

and we are done.
