Fancy Folds and Motion CD: Tri Shutter Card
Hello TJ Friends~
Thank you for stopping by today! Kathie McGuire here on your Stamping Saturday.
I thought I would share a very simple--but complex-looking card from the Fancy Folds and Motion CD. The Tri Shutter card is surely my favorite design and I seem to make them for almost any occasion. This card was made entirely from a Graphic 45 paper kit. What could be easier?
I hope you've enjoyed looking and I sure appreciate the visit. Have a great rest of the weekend!

Holly Brown: Ducky Hugs
Hi Junkies! It's Holly posting today, and I'm sharing this cute Ducky Hugs card with you. I've used the Collaged Circles background technique here, and I colored the duck image with Copic markers before I cut it out. This cute duck image is from Prickley Pear, one of our TJ vendors this month. I created the sentiment from some die cut letters, so it will be perfect to send this card to someone who needs a hug. :-)
I hope this has put a smile on your face today! Have a wonderful day!

Mini Album Mania by Judy Jackson
This little mini scrapbook album is a morphed version of two of the techniques listed on the Mini Album Mania CD - Hinged Coaster and Tag and Flap. Our daughter and family are missionaries in Romania and although we Skype often - hugging, kissing, and playing with her two boys in person is much better!
While they were visiting us in the USA Aidan turned one year old - so we had a party! We went to Romania a year ago to meet this little boy when he was one week old. While we have lots and lots of pictures from that trip, and she sent us some during the year, there just were not enough pictures for a large regular scrapbook.
Our daughter chose 12 pictures - one for each month - to show how he had grown and changed during this first year and she had them on display for family to look at during the party. I took those 12 pictures and put them into a mini album. Not all of the pages are displayed here in this post.
This was fun to make -- however, it only reminded me of how much I miss those boys! Well, and their parents too! Stamp credits: Verses and Inkadinkadoo.
If you have not yet purchased the Mini Album Mania CD and you are a scrapper or if you have dabbled a bit in scrapping but are overwhelmed at the thought of creating a regular sized scrapbook album, then this CD is for you! The info for how to purchase this CD is on the side bar of this post.
I hope you all had a wonderful Mother's Day!

Cascading Images by Judy Jackson
This week's Try That Technique is Cascading Images. It is very interesting to think about the images you own and figure out which images will work for this technique. there are more than you might think! Stamp credits are Stampin' Up, and SmART Works. I dry embossed the green panel, added some bling and tied a ribbon and I like the results. I hope do as well!
I hope you are enjoying Spring as much as I am!

Cascading Images by Hetty Sanders
Hello, Hetty here with a wonderful
technique from the April/ May 2012
Technique Junkies Newsletter.
This technique is called
Cascading Images.
For this card I used sewing spools by Mark Finest
and the girl image is by Create with Tlc.
The way the spools are organised, that is done with
the cascading image technique. I stamped everything on
kraft paper and colored it with pencils.
Some stapled ribbons, sticky pearls
and sewn on buttons finsh the decoration of the card.
De background is a piece of left over scrap paper.
Have a creative day!
