Double Flap Christmas Card Tutorial

  Hello,

I know many of you are making Christmas cards. I know that I am. I love this design because it has a WOW factor and is EASY to make. As a bonus it uses up decorative paper in an efficient way. I also love that you can incorporate a gift card or another decorative panel. I hope this helps you tackle some of those Christmas cards. Happy Crafting!

Tea Collage with Colored Pencils

As a dyed-in-the-wool coffee drinker, you would think that I couldn't appreciate a good cuppa tea... but I do! During the winter months I have been known to brew a cup in the afternoon.  Tea is so warm and cozy - makes the entire day better.  I particularly like chai tea - what is your pleasure?
In any case, our card today uses the new Tea Collage stamp with colored pencils. Lemon or milk for you?

Stay Cozy,

Pat Huntoon

Great Things

Oh yes. This sentiment was created as an encouragement - Never forget that you have it in you to do GREAT things! The background uses Festive Flamingo and Just Squeezed Shimmering Bliss Sprays with the Milky Way Stencil from A Colorful Life Designs over the top in Dark Gray Ink. I added just a touch of watercoloring over my tiger and the words. All available from TJ.

Holly as a corner...

I love the elegant simplicity of the Holly Bouquet stamp, and I love that I can use it as a corner embellishment, too!  I was inspired to think out of the box with this one. Here is just used colored pencils to add the red and brown accents after stamping it in evergreen. So easy!

The sentiment is from the Scripted Holidays stamp set. I find myself reaching for that set over and over this season...it is a classic!
