Ending Racism

Hello Crafters -

Nothing better than an awesome stamp set with a great quote! I created with the Ending Racism July 2023 released stamp.  I went with a red, green and black color scheme. I used a star die and cut it in all 3 colors and paper pieced, alternating the colors within the stars. I colored the image using Spectrum Noir Tri Blend markers. Adding the white heat embossed sentiment really pulled this card together.

I'm The Reason The Rum is All Gone!

Hello, my fellow Technique Junkies Stamp lovers.  Design Team Member Michael here with a fun summer card using the new Rum is Gone stamp that is part of the July 2023 Release.  How cute would this be as a summer bbq invite or a beach party?

Quick reminder - this stamp is 15% off thru today!

How did I make this card?  Great question!

• I started with an A2 card base using navy blue cardstock.
• I die-cut a piece of turquoise cardstock using a stitched rectangle die measuring 4" x 5.25".
• I embossed the turquoise cardstock with the Waves 3D Embossing Folder from Memory Box, which I then adhered to the navy blue card front.
• I stamped Rum is Gone using black ink and die-cut it with a stitched square die.
• I layered this on a piece of navy blue cardstock, then a piece of fun foam under that, and then to the card front.
• I adhered a piece of white cardstock to the inside for any message or party details.

Done!  Since pirates sail over the ocean blue...I think the Waves 3D embossing folder adds texture and fun to this card.  Now, I have 2 more card ideas for you using this Rum is Gone stamp - the photo below.  But, you will have to go HERE - on my personal blog to see how I made them.  Hope to see you there.

Thanks for stopping by the blog today and I hope I see you over on my personal blog too.  Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Hugs from Brasil.

~Michael

Karma

Who hasn't had that desire to see someone get their comeuppance?!  Alas, most times we have to believe it will happen someday, although we won't get to see it.  Once in awhile, however, you do get to see it and I thought Rain Dance paired with this great new sentiment from the Inside:Out Karma set  perfectly!  I added a die cut rainbow starburst to enhance the joyful feeling!

All of the new release stamps are 15% Off through July 8th. Using my code TJ10FAITH will take 10% off anything else ordered!

A Collaged Passport

A new and fabulous sentiment called A Passport is showcased on this collage.I used a variety of stickers to create the background and matted on black and has a white card base. I stamped and distressed the sentiment with antique linen and walnut inks. Some lace and twine to complete it. Remember that all new releases are 15% off through the 8th and take 10% off all the other goodies with my code TJ20Pam.
