Inside Out

I love these Inside Outside sayings !

So today I am sharing three cards I made with the new July set.

The lady is an older stamp - 'the happy housewife' (so happy lol)

paired up with the new inside out saying.

Next is a black and white one done with the full saying all

on the outside.  Sure this saying was made for me in mind. !

(paired up with an older stamp)

and lastly, using up some of my paper scraps for the background

All about that Karma moment !  right !

My Middle Finger...

Ever had one of those days? I know I have. I love the facial expression in the woman stamp - I colored the image so that she looks slightly irritated...

All you need is you

I love making collages out of multiple stamps! Here I used several stamps from the Adventure Awaits stamp set and the Travel Love background. For the front panel sentiment, I just deconstructed the A Passport stamp and added it to the Adventure Awaits stamp. When I look at this, all I can see are the colorful stamps from the places I have visited as they are in my passport! Adventure Awaits!

Why Wish?

 Hello Crafters -

"Why Wish Upon A Star When You Can Pray To The One Who Created It".....I absolutely adore this sentiment so I wanted it to be the focal point of this card. I paired Why Wish and Star Swoop stamps from the July release.

I began with ink blending using Worn Lipstick, Candied Apple and Tattered Rose Distress Oxides. Once I perfected the look I envisioned I stamped the sentiment in the center of the background using black ink. I brought in the Star Swoop stamp and heat embossed in white at the top and bottom of the sentiment.

I used a die to cut out the mat size I wanted and centered it on top of a piece of white card stock followed by black card stock. I added a few bitty sparkles and star embellishments to finish out the card. Super cute!

A Retro Pair

Deb here with a few more cards featuring stamps from the July Release . I love Retro images and couldn't wait to create with these 2 stamps !! I love the woman's face in Magician's Hat and the Arguing With a Woman stamp was begging to be paired with some retro floral papers !! I chose patterns for both cards that reminded me of my mom's aprons from the 1960's .. I really did laugh out loud when I read both of these sentiments !! Hope you love them as much as I do .

  • I stamped the image on a blue checked patterned paper with Nautical Blue Memento ink .
  • The paper was cut to fit on a yellow A2 card base and then adhered .
  • A strip of floral paper was adhered down the left side of the blue checked paper.
  • Enamel dots were placed above and below the stamped image.

  • Arguing With a Woman was stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a blue floral patterned paper.
  • I adhered a pretty floral paper to a Kraft A2 card base .
  • The sentiment was popped up on the card with foam tabs.
  • I added a bow sticker at the bottom of the sentiment .

I hope you are all enjoying some creative time this summer. I'm in the process of destashing from several rooms and organizing my craft room  ( small space but well-loved ) . I know I will be thrilled when it is done but the task at times seems insurmountable !! I'll update you  when I've made some progress ..

Until next time, Stay Creative .
