At the end of the treasure hunt, put the collection together to see what it says and follow Pat’s directions on her blog to have an opportunity to win a FABULOUS treasure! The grand prize is for one lucky winner to become a Technique Junkie for life! The winner will receive any back issues or CDs that they do not already have -- PLUS they will receive all future CDS and issues as they are published for FREE! Pat will draw a name on Monday, August 3!
The treasure you will find here to get you started is " J ".
This beautiful card was made by Vada Schultz. The Stamp credits are: Third Coast Rubber Stamps, and Serendipity Stamps and the technique Vada used to create this beauty is the Faux Sanding technique in the August Technique Junkies Newsletter.

Judy and Vada - your cards are wonderful. So much fun to see what's in store for us!
s is killing me- I am out of town with no stamping supplies......I cannot wait to see the faux sanding tech- love the way this looks. I love the idea of a blog hop and am off to look!
Beautiful cards!
WHEW! I came to the fun late in the day (it's just past midnight now). Hope I'm not too late to enter. The secret words are "just gesso". Turns out, I'm friends with two of your designers: Shelly Hickox and Kimm Bennington-Thompson. They are SO talented! Of course, as are you and the other designers whose blogs I had the honor of visiting. Would LOVE to win this - hope I can manage to subscribe next month. Been a difficult year, as it has been for many. Shelly is responsible for being encouraging. I've not been to (my old) stamp club in YEARS, due to failing health. Haven't done any art to speak of since we had new carpet installed in Jan. 2008. Had to strip my stamp room, bought new storage, which I have discovered is inadequate, so I'm forced to "cull through" and sell off what I can. Anyway, enough about me! Can't WAIT to get "artsy" again! Thanks for your work!!
Great cards and techniques... playing along on the tour... would be a fabulous prize to win!!
Fabulous and inspiring cards. Wow I can't wait to go on the Treasure Hunt and the prize is awesome. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
What can I say? I am SO looking forward to the August newsletter now. Of course, I was looking forward to it anyway! (grin)
Awesome cards.
I loved your treasure hunt..seeing new artists blogs and their amazing work. I am INSPIRED!
I found the letters: JUST GESSO
I am a retiree with limited funds for art, so I would love to win your contest. But, either way, I will be a follower of your techniques. Thank you.
