Try That Technique
Hi, it's Beth here, with TRY THAT TECHNIQUE and this week Diana Enns and I challenge you to try the METALIC EXPLOSION from August 2006.
I was thrilled with how this technique turned out; it reminds me of copper.
Chinese New Year is coming upon us (February), so I continue working on cards for the celebration. Frankly, I'm quite tired of working on my cards as Donnie is walking out the door for our supper at Tang's with 16 of our friends. Can anyone relate with me?
My image is from I Brake for Stamps. I found coordinating embellishments at Walmart. Holy smokes, Canada is finally getting in some decent scrapbook products and at a very low cost. I had no idea.
As with every week, this challenge offers the prize of having your card on the Yahoo Group home page for one week. What an exciting prize. There is even a little write up with your name so everyone knows who made that gorgeous card.
Please link your card up to this post for your chance to win.
Congratulations Tricia O'Bin you are the winner for this week. Your card is now on our home page.

I pulled out my June/July 2007 issue of Technique Junkie Newsletter and couldn't find this technique.
Just posted my 2 attempts at the metallic explosion on the TJ website.
