Technique of the Week - Border Text

Hi Junkies, Tricia here with this week's technique of the week - border text.

I used a leftover from the AI Float technique I had on hand.  I like this technique as it adds a different type of flare with little effort...

I received some new Gina K Design stamps in the mail and couldn't resist using them on this card.
