Today is our day, fellow mothers. Our day for breakfast in bed, a little pampering, and lots of love. Today I am honoring my Mother-in-Law, Linda Huntoon, who is both my mother, and my friend too. I am fortunate to have this lovely woman in my life.
Linda's card was made using the Long Stemmed Rose and the You are the World Set on a white card front. The rose was stamped and masked, then colored with Chameleon Color Tone Colored Pencils.
I added some black paper along the top and bottom edges, then border punched the pink cardstock layer before placing it over the card base. Silver brads were added to the punched flower centers to finish the card.
It wouldn't be complete without a stamped inside, too:
Whatever you are doing on this Mother's Day, whether you are the pamper-er ot the pamper-ee, I hope it is great for you!
Warmest Regards,
Pat Huntoon

How lovely. You coloured your roses beautifully. The stamping on the inside is gorgeous. It's nice to have a pretty inside to a card too.
