Today's card is a splash of shimmering color like the sun reflecting on warm sea waters. Take Lapis Lazuli and Miami Vice Shimmering Bliss and spray in a random pattern on white cardstock. Take the spray nozzle off of the Vivid Volt Shimmering Bliss bottle and use it to drop shimmering bliss liquid across the sprayed cardstock. Let dry, cut to size, and adhere to a colorful card base.
Stamp Sailing Panel on white cardstock and color as desired. I used alcohol markers for mine. Trim down to fit the card and adhere. Add little details with a white paint pen, black waterproof pen, and some enamel dots.
