Here are the how to's:

1. Make a watercolor background and then stencil over it with pink ink using the Heartflakes stencil from A Colorful Life Designs.  

2. Using the MISTI, stamp Poinsettia (set of 4) in black ink, color and cut out.
3.  Using the MISTI, stamp the sentiment in black.

 5. Add panel to a pin card.
