Joyful Jingle

Hello.  Lynda Joy here, with a card for my turn on the TJ blog.  I am using the Joyful Jingle stamp and the Jingle Bells stencil.

Here's how I made my card:
  • I stamped the Joyful Jingle stamp onto smooth bristol, using my Misti.  I inked the words with red distress ink and stamped.  Then I inked the bells with shades of yellow, wild honey, and a brown.  I added each color gradually, stamping after each application.  The Misti makes this so easy!
  • For the panel, I applied the same colors through the Jingle Bells stencil on a strip, attached it to red, and then to the panel, then the entire panel to a red A2 card front.
  • INSIDE I stenciled one bell and added it.
That was it!  Easy, fun, and perfect for Christmas.  I love the verse!
