Sparkling Gorgeous Color! Today's tutorial and kits were inspired by Tracy Shultz. She was working as a Demo artist in the Technique Junkies tradeshow booth earlier this year, and she blew mw away with this idea! I knew when I saw it that I needed to share the technique.
