Giraffe Love

 Happy Saturday Crafters -

I adore the newly released Giraffe Love stamp set. My sister is pregnant with twins so the first thing I thought about was creating a fun congratulations card. Below is two different cards I created using the Giraffe love stamp with two different meanings.

Card number one is a Congratulations shaker card. I used an A2 card base covered with a piece of gold patterned paper. I stamped the image on white card stock and colored  the images using a gold and baby blue color scheme. I used an oval shape die to cut out the center of the mat. I added a piece of acetate behind the mat to create the shaker window. I added sequins behind the shaker window and popped it up using 3D foam tape.

I colored a piece of white card stock with the blue marker. Congratulations was stamped from the Grand Greetings stamp set on the blue piece of card stock. I cut out the sentiment using a rectangle die. The sentiment was placed across the center of the card. Super cute!

Card number two I used the Giraffe Love stamp as my background patterned paper per say. I used a piece of white card stock to ink blend a few colors of pink using Distressed Oxides. I stamped the image using black ink. I colored in the hearts/leaves using a red marker. While the orientation isn't straight up and down I was alright with that. I stamped the Look Beside You sentiment as the focal point and added it to a black mat. I popped it up on the center of the card base. Quick simple and cute card.

I hope you are inspired! Happy Crafting and Thank You for stopping by!
