All About Autumn - 2 versions

 

Good morning!  It's Holly posting today.  This new stamp from Technique Junkies, called All About Autumn, lists all the wonderful things that we love about the fall season.  This is a full A2 background stamp, 5.5" x 4.25", and I've got two different versions to share with you today.

For my first card above, I stamped All About Autumn with Versamark, covered it with copper embossing powder, and melted the powder.  Then I brushed on several colors of distress inks in an ombre pattern with the yellow on top and the deep red at the bottom.

For my second card, I inked up the All About Autumn stamp with the various ombre colors and pressed it onto white cardstock.  Then I taped some clear plastic over the stamped image and filled it with sequins to make it a shaker card.

We're Getting Older

Good morning! Happy middle of the week! Pam here today bringing you a creation that uses a new Technique Junkies' sentiment that sparked so many comments from friends and followers...it is called Queenagers, Set of 2 (SD1178).

This was a super quick card to make. I started out by using the The Crowns stencil from ACLD and I sprayed Shimmering Bliss in Ocean Depth. After stamping the sentiment and die cutting it with a rectangular stitched die cut, I sprayed the sentiment with it, too. Mounted on navy card stock and we will call it a day.

The the saying (SDX213) was stamped then cut 

into different layers.

The man used is from the Stud Muffins set (SS154)

that was released a few months ago.

He was embossed then fussy cut out.

 I used  Grunge Circles stamped with black Versafine and heat embossed with detail clear embossing powder.  I used Blending Brushes to add  ink to the background and the verse panel.  The focal image is Beach Girl and was colored with Copic markers.  The Cloud Stencil was used to create the sky. The verse is from By theSea.
