TJ Inkspirations: Dripping Web Zombies Halloween Card

 

More Zombies - colorful spooky fun! I know I know. Our tutorial last week was all about Zombies, too.  But this week, these zombies are so much more colorful, and the Spider Web adds so much! I just couldn't help myself.  Did I mention that they shimmer? I created two kits for you so you can save a little money if you are interested. The kits may be found HERE. You won't Be-Leaf how easy it is!!!

 Hello Junkies!  Chris here with a new technique.  It features the new Leaf Background stamp (discount code TJ10Chris).  I was thinking about coloring all of those leaves and thought there has to be an easier way.  THERE IS!!

Chrysanthemum Season

Good day! I am in Colorado and the weather is still like summertime. It is hard to believe it is fall. However, the telltale signs are here. The trees are beautiful and people have their mums out in all their glory! 

This Chrysanthemum Corner stamp is fabulous to create a lovely card! I stamped it on heather gray card stock in black and then used a sentiment from Lavender Friendship sentiments (they fit perfectly snug in the right spot!). I added 3 tiny strips of washi tape and colored the mums in daffodil delight. Matted in black and mounted on a white card base.

Perfect !  went well with the die cut spidy

Using the new Spooky Pumpkin frame and You Say Witch stamps

Sponged all the purple around - moon masked in the middle.

then I spritzed the purple to give a bit of texture

Again my cheese cloth - coloured purple and added a couple

of eyes at the top and raven at the bottom.

Distressed the edges

Take Time

 

 This is a combination of several stamps and techniques. I spritzed shimmer spray over the stamped image Leaves Background.  The I stamped Dripping Spider Web on vellum and the verse Leaves Turn just below it.  I added a few iridescent rhinestones for interest.
