Summer Flowers Frame

I'm sure I'm not the only one who can be intimidated by large stamps. Emboss them, color them, skip them entirely ??  LOL  But I loved this Summer Flowers Frame stamp from the June Release and was determined to make a card for a friend with it . So I decided to make the stamp a little less intimidating for me and punched out 3 squares from the stamped image . And this is what I came up with !! I'm pretty pleased with the results .. What do you think ?

• I stamped the Summer Flowers Frame with Tuxedo Black Memento Dew Drop ink on a lined piece of cream paper.
• Using a 1 3/8" square paper punch, I punched out 3 squares  ( next to each other ) from the stamped image . 
• I then colored the images with my COPICS .
• Clear Glitter Wink of Stella was added to the centers of each flower .
• On a piece of pale blue lined patterned paper with the word HELLO in the right lower corner, I stamped a sentiment from the June Release - Flowers Are Like Friends - in Elderberry Memento Dew Drop ink .
• The completed panel with the sentiment was adhered to a green card base.
• The 3 completed squares were popped up on the front of the card with a small space in between each one.

Hope this card shows you that you can think outside the box when looking at a larger stamp .. There are so many ways you can interpret a design .. Thanks for stopping by.. The Shells of the Beach

Good Wednesday to everyone! I am so enjoying the new stamps here this month! For this card, I used Sand, Seashells & flip-flops, set of 9. Check all of them out below.

I did a fun fold card for today as I am trying to get out of my comfort zone. I used a combination of designer papers, stamped some shells and colored them and then fussy cut them out. I used a couple of die cuts to showcase the fabulous sentiment and below is a pic of the inside of the creation.

So much fun putting this together - Then, of course, had to make some 

matching earrings to go with the card.

 Are you a Sea Person? I am - everything Ocean, Sea, Beach - I love to be in or near the water. In turn, I love to stamp anything sea-related, too. The background of this card is the Under the Surface stamp, which was colored direct-to-stamp with Catherine Pooler Ink. The Under the Surface background is part of the New stamp release from Technique Junkies and is 15% off through June 8th. Sky Above

Hello Crafters - 

I am beyond excited to share this card. Beautiful sentiments resonate and aid in my card creativity. I paired the "Sky Above" and "Under the Surface" stamp sets which are two of the twelve stamps released under the June 2023 New Release. 

I stamped the Under the Surface stamp in CTMH Desert Sand ink on white card stock which serves as my background. The Sky Above sentiment was stamped in black ink directly on top of the background. The gold and black mat went well with the color scheme resulting in a beautiful pairing of these two stamps.
