Hello friends! Giovana here today with a sea card! I used stamps from our new July release! Love all the super fun and lovely stamps!

This card is super simple, let me tell you the details:

• Stamp the Sailing Ship Collage on a piece of white cardstock in Versamark Watermark Ink, then apply Distress Inks on the image, hard to see here, sadly I didn't take a picture before adding the top panel.
• Stamp the Swirly Waves Background on a piece of white cardstock in Coastal Cabana Ink, then apply Broken China  Distress Ink on panel. Stamp sentiment from Kisses the Shoreline set in Black ink, then die-cut the piece.
• Add panels to card.

Chick Car

I thought it would be fun to pair a few with the wonderful Chick Car Stamp ... I did some monochromatic designs.

This one is Versafine Clair Blue Bell Ink on light blue cardstock ... and here's the inside:

The next one is Versafine Clair Acorn on light kraft cardstock.

And here's the fun insight on this one (which is so true of me)

I could pretty much send this to anyone on my Mom's side of the family ... we're all accident prone.

How to Create Stencilled Embossing

Hi there fellow stampers.  Did you know that Technique Junkies carries a large line of A Colorful Life Stencils?  You can get 10% off of those and any other product if you use my code TJ10Beth. Here I used Island Flowers.

Today I'm going to show you a fun, and quick, way to make a card with heat embossing.  I wanted to keep my card flat for mailing so I didn't add any embellishments.

Supplies:  Stencil, embossing powder, VersaMark, embossing buddy, heat gun

Rub an embossing buddy around your entire surface of your cardstock. 

Optional:  Tape down your stencil.  I felt confident enough not to tape down my stencil so you won't see tape on my tutorial.

Place cardstock under your stencil and pat VersaMark all over your stencils open areas.

Sprinkle with embossing powder and heat emboss.

Finish as desired.

Jar of Shells

I used three different Technique Junkies Stamps to create this lovely card.  I used Seahorses - http://techniquejunkies.com/seahorses-set-of-4/, Seashell Borders - www.techniquejunkies.com/seashell-borders-set-of-2/ , and  Incrediball Canning Jar - http://techniquejunkies.com/incrediball-canning-jar-set-of-2/. 

I stamped the first row of the seashell border, and then used a mask to stamp more borders to create a beach filled with shells.  To create shells in the jar, I stamped a border row of shells, and then the jar over the shells.  the sky was sponged with blue and a cloud stencil. I sponged blue inside the jar. And then I cut out the jar.  Everything was colored with colored with my Copic markers.  I used a Versamark marker and added ink here and there.  The ink was covered with some sand colored embossing powder.  That added some texture to the card.   A pale yellow ribbon was added to the side.  Last, the verse was stamped with Memento ink.

 first card uses Clamshell, Seagrass, and then I used an older set for the sentiment - Butter My Butt (set of 8). I had some fun coloring with markers on a watercolored background.

Flamingo Love

Hello Everyone! 

It's Ceal here to share a clean and simple card with you using a couple of stamps from our June release.  I don't know about yours but June was was a crazy busy month for me so CAS is the way to go to make a quick and easy card.

To create the card, I started with a Flirty Flamingo card base and a white panel cut down with a stitched die. I stamped the Flamingo Background in Flirty Flamingo ink and then stamped the greeting on a panel also cut down with a stitched die for the focal point. 

TJ Inkspirations: Glittering Sunflower Card with Customer Envelope

Sunflowers are such happy flowers. Who can look at them and feel anything but the warmth of the sun? Add glitter to the card, and it is just something that makes everyone smile. This card is one that we are rolling out into our "Friday Night Make and Takes" at several of the shows we are attending this summer. Although it is not a complicated card, it is pretty, and I have a couple of tips in the video you may have not seen, including making a custom-size envelope. And the Nuvo Glitter Markers always add that special touch to any project.
