Helllllloooo Gorgeous!
The Technique Junkies Carnations stamp is so versatile! Today I used it as a backdrop for the Hello Gorgeous stamp. The image was white-embossed on white paper, with ink blended over the background to create popping color. Both of the stamps may be found here:

Chaotic Life of a Parent
Having Children - especially rambuncious children - can be difficult some days! Our Having Children (set of 2) rubber stamps was created to give encouragement to someone who might be in the midst of chaos. I fussy cut some of the children from the Pillow Fight stamp to add fun dimension. The stamps may be found here:

Littlest Feet
Hello Crafty Friends -
Today I am sharing a pretty in pink card using the Littlest Feet stamp set. Below are a few instructions on how this card came together.
- Grab yourself a piece of white card stock and stamp the Littlest Feet stamp set in the center. Stamp the image a second time on a piece of scrap white card stock.
- Cover the image with the white piece of stamp backing that comes on the stamp set utilizing this as a mask.
- Stamp the Concrete Texture stamp set on top of the image in step 2. Once done pull off the mask and die cut it using a postage stamp shaped die.
- Color the legs of the baby on the second piece of card stock. Fussy cut out the legs.
- Color the clothing portion of the baby (in this case I used a pink marker).
- Adhere the fussy cut legs of the baby directly onto the stamped image using 3-D foam tape to give it dimension.
- Adhere this mat to a pink card base. I used a small bow die to cut out a pink bow. Adhere to the top of the card and that's all folks.

It Gets Better
Deb here with a fun card for you .. I laughed out loud when I saw the Having Children stamp set from the January Release . I work with several people who either have very young children or pre-teen/teens and they are all pretty much overwhelmed/frustrated on a daily basis !! Of course, they love their children but let's face it; juggling work and home and trying for a nice work/life balance is a hard job. I remember being in nursing school with early clinicals at the hospital and an elementary school age son . AND a Navy sailor husband who had duty pretty often overnight . Time for myself was at a minimum but as I got older I realized that ME TIME was important not just for me but for the entire family !! And as the inside of my card says - "Hang in There - It Gets Better".
- I stamped the images with Nautical Blue Memento ink - the larger sentiment on White Mixed Media paper and the inside saying on a piece of pink plaid paper. I'll be giving this card to a co-worker with a pre-teen daughter !!
- The larger image was cut with a Big and Little Chain Rectangle Die .
- I adhered a piece of American Crafts paper to a yellow card base.
- The large sentiment was popped up on the front of the card with foam tabs.
- I adhered the sentiment to the inside of the card.
- The heart was made using a paper punch with a piece of the patterned paper I used on the front of the card . I adhered it under the sentiment.

Having Children is like…
Hello TJ stampers 😃
There are two fun things I’d like to point out about this card…wait, make that three.
1) Quick & Fun
2) The sentiment is TRUE!!!! (Hang in there!)
3) All of the colors you see are from dragging mini ink pads across cardstock. Swipe, Swipe, done!
The sentiment is from the release this month and can be found here.
The ink pads I used are Catherine Pooler set of 8 minis (Spa collection/Urban Oasis). The beautiful colors are made to harmonize together. And last time I checked there were a few sets left if you’re interested.

What Little Girls are Made of...
Hello!
I love this new stamp "What Little Girls Are Made of". My dad had two girls but he was determined that we were going to be able to take care of ourselves. He used to wrestle with us, teach us to use power tools, and change the oil in our cars. He said we could be anything but fragile. At the time, I didn't really think anything of it, but now as a grown woman I appreciate all the things I can do. Mostly, I'm thankful that I'm not afraid to try. I'm glad the words we use to describe women are changing. Look out world... a new generation of strong, talented, and confident women are on the way...

Use Your Background Stamps | Sympathy Card Ideas | Carnations and Pray On It
I even have a video showing how I made these cards and also showing other cards I made using the Carnations background.
- Using black cardstock, I made two A2-sized card bases. One vertical and the other horizontal.
- I die-cut two pieces of white cardstock using a 4" x 5.25" stitched rectangle die and adhered one inside each card to the message.
- Using Archival Jet Black ink by Ranger, I stamped Carnations twice - once on a piece of textured pink cardstock and again on a piece of yellow cardstock.
- Then I die-cut each of them using a 4" x 5.25" stitched rectangle die.
- I cut two pieces of black fun foam, a little smaller than the die-cut Carnations background, and adhered one to each of the stamped images. Then I adhered one ot each card front.
- For the sentiments - I stamped Pray On It on a piece of white cardstock - twice. I trimmed them down and layered them on a piece of black cardstock.
- Then I die-cut each of them using the 4" x 5.25" stitched rectangle die to get the stitched sides. Make sure to align your die either vertically or horizontally depending on which card you are making.
- I adhered a piece of black fun foam to the back of each sentiment and then to the card front.
- Lastly, I adhered a small heart sticker I had in my stash to the sentiment and I colored in the letters using a yellow or pink marker.

Safe and Secure!
This new TechniqueJunkies sentiment stamp is a MUST HAVE! (and all TOO TRUE!) Here, I stamped it on a piece of multicolored DSP to create a cellphone screen and mounted it on a piece of black cardstock cut into the shape of a cellphone for a mini slimline card. I used a silver gel pen to add some details and glued a tiny phone icon to the screen. Get it here Technique Junkies Stamps and use my code TJ10FAITH for 10% off your order!

Pray On It
Hello Crafty Friends -
Today I am sharing two cards I created using the Pray On It stamp set which is apart of the January release. The sentiment is so powerful.
I paired Pray On It with the Summer Flowers Frame stamp set. I colored the flowers using Spectrum Noir Tri Blend markers. I heat embossed the sentiment with black embossing power so it would standout against the flowers. I used a clear shimmer pen over multiple flowers however it did not photograph well.Thursday, January 11, 2024
Ruffles & Glitter
Deb here with a card made using 2 of the January Stamp Releases . Welcome to 2024 and a new year of creativity !! I thought that these stamps went well together for my card for a friend raising a pre-teen daughter . Ruffled Fabric and Little Girls complemented each other so well !!
- I stamped the Ruffled Fabric image with Catherine Pooler Daydream ink on white cardstock, then trimmed it to fit my card base.
- The sentiment was stamped on white cardstock with Catherine Pooler Peppermint Scrub ink and then trimmed .
- I adhered the sentiment to the Ruffled panel then adhered that completed panel to a Kraft card base.
- Turquoise glitter was placed along the bottom edge of the top ruffle.
- The chipboard girl was adhered on the left side of the card. She's been in my stash for years !!!

I’m In LOVE with Puffball Girl
Materials:
1) 8.5 x 11 sheet of red card stock
2) 2 complimentary pieces of designer papers -each 4 x 5.25 (cut them corner to corner)
3) Adhesive
4) A die cut shape (I used a flower shape) large enough for your stamped image
5) A cut “love” die or any message you’d like to use here.
6) Alcohol ink markers
7) Black archival ink
9) Optional Pearl gems to add in center of tiny flowers
Instructions for the fold:
Score the 8.5 x 11 sheet down the center. Turn the sheet and score down the center.
With pencil put a dot in the center then use a ruler to draw a line from the center to the corner. Now draw a line from the center to the opposite corner. Cut with scissors corner to corner. You now have 2 base pieces to make two cards.
Layer the cut designer papers on the base.
Stamp image onto die cut shape (I used a flower shape) and color. Add adhesive to ONLY one portion of the back. You want it to be glued to one piece only so it opens.
Add your ‘Love’ die cut or any sentiment you like to the lower corner. New little girl sentiments were in this month’s release and can be found here Little girl sentiments

Lion Love
Hello,
Valentine's Day is the second most popular for sending cards. Have you started thinking about the cards you will send this year? I used to think of making just one card for my hubby, but now I like to make cards for all my friends....especially the ones that need a little extra love at this time of year. This lion stamp is so sweet. It is two female lions sharing a hug. I think it will be perfect to send to a girlfriend that needs a pick-me-up.

no copics used
