Hello Junkies!
Are you afraid of white space? It makes me uncomfortable. I struggle with leaving white spaces on my cards. I like to challenge myself and push boundaries. I tackled this by making my mat on the card smaller than I normally use. It is 3 3/4 by 5 inches. Then used some powerful colors in the middle. I think the white tames them a little. This stamp was perfect for this type of layout. I love how she breaking her boundaries and pushing her way out of the center box. It is a little detail... but it makes me happy.

I thought I'd pop in... just in case you needed a little humor today.
Housework is never fun! Why do housework, when you can make cards, right? Well I couldn't escape it forever, so we had a clean-a-thon this weekend. The only dog hair in our house is on the dog at the moment. I love this new stamp from Technique Junkies. It fits me perfectly.
The top card reminds me of when you wash the windows and it leaves streaks. At least when the sunshines it creates a beautiful rainbow. 😂 The second card was a "mistake" when I was trying to make a coffee background. I thought it looked like hair.... so I used it for this card.
I hope they give you a chuckle!

Well - it is getting close to a New Year !!!
Where has the time gone - I know alot went into making so many Fab
cards with Technique Junkies
Today I am sharing two New Years cards I made with the HNY stamp
Firstly, this gold and navy card.
I punched out both sides with the bubbly look.
The Happy New Year is embossed with a gold glittery powder
Also did the edges...then lots of layers with the gold and blue
Some gold thread on the side...and done.
mobossed in silver onto a greyish cardstock. Then some
confetti looking glitter glued on. Very quick to make but
quite festive looking too.
