Snowy Church - 30 Days of Christmas Day 28

I heat embossed the church with detail clear embossing powder on white card stock.  Once it had cooled (as I didn't want to smear the hot embossing powder) I burnished the entire scene with a light aqua dye based ink. I burnished and burnished until all of the details helped the white to stand out in relief.    I only used the two words from one of the verses in the Gifts of Christmas set - www.techniquejunkies.com/gifts-of-christmas-set-of-5/.

The focal image and the greeting were layered on aqua card stock.

TJ Inspirations: Easy Stenciled Embellishment Mousse

Today I bring you an easy - and stunning -- technique. This was one of the Make and Takes that I offered at Rubber Stamp Conventions in 2017. It simply combines a stencil from A Colorful Life Designs Stencils with Nuvo Embellisment Mousse. It is, by far, the simpliest way to use the mousse, but gorgeous nonetheless! Note that I made the sample using a Christmas theme. Today is Day 27 of the 30 days of Christmas. 30 Days of Christmas: Day 26 - Let it Snow

Hello friends! Today is the 26 of the 30 days of Christmas Celebration!!

And I have a super cute and easy card to share with you.

For this card I used "Let It Snow" stamp.

I stamped the image on a piece of Vellum in Versamark Watermark ink, then applied gold embossing powder and heat set.Covered the image with a piece of snow paper, added dotted paper on the background and little bit of red and gold. 

Added a couple of wood veneer snowflakes (BTW, I got them at Michael's for $1!!)

Easy peasy!!

Hello Junkies!

30 Days of Christmas, Day 24 Bendi Fold

Hello fellow stampers and friends.  Are you following Technique Junkies 30 Days of Christmas?
I thought it would be fun to make a Bendi fold card for you.  I started by stamping out Santa Moonlight several times with my Misti.  When the image was good and dark I masked off my moon and created Northern Lights for the sky.

In the forefront I used Bunny Girl which I fussy cut, and then added a funky tree.

The 30 days runs from October 15th to November 13th.  During this time all Christmas stamps are 20% off, and if you use my code TJ10 Beth, you get an extra 10% off–making your savings 30% off.

I curved the front of my card and added Stampn’ Up DP with snowflakes.

I used the JOY panel stamps from Technique Junkies Stamps Christmas Words Set - http://techniquejunkies.com/ss029-christmas-words-set-of-4/  .  I inked it up with Versamark ink and used detail gold embossing powder to heat emboss the word on black card stock.   I used a die cut poinsettia and added some gold Smooch glitter.  The stamens in the center are yellow Prills.

A plaid bow adds just the right touch to finish the card!

Day 24: Torn Music and a crazy cat

Greetings! Today is Day 22 of the 30 Days of Christmas -- and I am pleased to bring you one of the craziest cats in the Technique Junkies line: the Christmas Carol Kitty. My lovely little, devious kitty was colored using Studio 71 alcohol markers, and layered over a Torn Music Collage background.
