Musical collage

 The way these individual elements came together so well to create this collage is heavenly! The focal image is the Saxophonist - previously released - but it works so well with the Piano Keys, Music Speaks, and Ephemera Collage - all from the November 2021 new release. The background is blended Catherine Pooler Inks; The saxophonist was colored with colored pencils. Remember that the November 2021 stamps are 15% off through November 8th!

A Lovely Winter Forest

 

Pam here today with one of my new favorite stamps from the November 2021 Technique Junkies Release. It is called Winter Forest Pass. I stamped it in black using my Misti and then used a couple circle die cuts to cut it out. I colored in the water with night of navy and then used Ocean depth Shimmering Bliss over top. Some of the rock were colored in with a faint gray Zig watercolor brush. The designer paper is from Recollections Peaceful Breeze. A gray mat and a white card base. The sentiment is from the Nov. 2021 release and is called 4 little sentiments. I used navy twine and a couple of small circle punches for the sentiment which is popped on a dimensional.

To create my cards I used the new Forest Buffalo Stamp and Catherine Pooler Inks to ink blend my backgrounds. The Catherine Pooler inks blend like a dream! They are now available for sale at Technique Junkies!

I used a stitched rectangle die to cut out the ink blended panels. I then created embossed sentiments using the Dream, Hope, Wish and Wonder, set of four stamps (SDX018). To finish my cards I mounted them to black A2 landscape card bases. 

These cards were quick and easy to create thanks to the beautiful buffalo silhouette and the vibrant Catherine Pooler Inks. They can be used for any occasion!

A Warm and Merry Christmas

 

Hello folks!  Did you catch Technique Junkies November release yesterday?  Another great month of red rubber!  Today’s cards uses new releases, which can be purchased at 15% discount. Card Instructions

• Using an embossing buddy, generously rub it over your coloured cardstock, both for background and your cut-out banner.
• Heat emboss using gold embossing powder and heat set Leaves and Berries, Retro Merry Christmas and Warmest Wishes
• Trim your gold embossed cardstock to 3 14/16 inches wide and 5 2/16 inches tall.
• Trim your mat (I used black) to 4″ x 5 1/4″.
• Adhere your Leaves and Berries background to your mat.
• Glue mat onto an A2 (4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″) white card.
• Using pop dots, place your sentiment as desired.
