Hi! Jeanne here today!
To make my background I started with a light blue piece of cardstock and stamped Frenchified Clouds my MISTI in light blue ink. I then added some white craft paint to the clouds. Once the paint was completely dry I stamped a cute chick from Party Chicks (set of 12) and the Soul to Dance sentiment in black. I stamped an additional chick and colored with Studio 71 markers and made the dress and hat sparkly with a Nuvo Glitter marker. I cut the chick out (everything but the legs) and glued it to my card.
